Call Rail Integration

Using Searcheo in combination with CallRail allows you to link search activity with Calls made to your Sales or Customer Support. Find out what your customers are having trouble locating using your site search activity.

You can use this cookie integration to associate visitor data with phone calls to your CallRail numbers

  1. Click Analytics in the navigation bar
  2. Click Settings at the top of the page
  3. Choose the correct company
  4. Select All Integrations from the Integrations menu on the left.
  5. ChooseCustom Cookie Capture
  6. Add Cookie names for both sio_visitor and sio_session, otherwise the webhook data will be ignored.
  7. Select Save when finished

Configure CallRail Webhook

  1. Click Settings at the top of the page.
  2. Choose the company you would like to add a webhook.
  3. Select All Integrations from the Integrations menu on the left.
  4. Choose Webhooks from the list of available integrations
  5. Paste the Webhook URL into the Post-Call text box using your Account ID.
    Example: https://webhook.searcheo.io/callrail/?key=[api_key] using your API key at the end
  6. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
